At Simply Barre there isn’t an ideal, one size fits all figure. We are far from the standard view that everyone should aspire to the same body shape. Tiny and toned, long and lean or curvy and cut – we are all unique and the Simply Barre technique works for everyone in a targeted and tailored way. Our focus is on core strength, building stamina, and incorporating a combination of ballet inspired exercises to create a total body workout that builds a lean but strong physique in clients of all shapes, ages and fitness abilities.
