We suggest a supportive top or tank, long athletic leggings or pants that reach at least the knee; it is important that our instructors are able to check your form and alignment throughout class. Socks that cover the entire foot are required and we recommend sticky socks to avoid slipping and help positioning. (available for purchase at the studio)
