The following policies have been prepared to help you make the most of Simply Barre. Please take a few moments to review.
We encourage our clients to make reservations in advance for class to secure their place. Reservations may be made online or by calling the simply barre studio. Of course, we will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins.
We do not offer refunds. Account credit may be possible on a case by case basis. Please email the studio with any questions.
We request new clients arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out an information form, sign a liability waiver and meet with the instructor to discuss any injuries or limitations and answer any questions. First time clients may not enter class late.
We encourage all other clients to arrive at least five minutes before class; completing the warm-up segment of class is necessary to help prevent injury, so late entry will not be permitted five minutes past the start of class.
We understand that sometimes life calls, and you may need to dash in a flash. Please discuss with instructor prior to beginning class to determine the point to exit class with the least disruption. Just leave your mat and props in place and your instructor will tend to them after class.
We require that you notify us of cancellations 3 hours prior to your class. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed $15 to your credit card on file.
Cell phones are not permitted in the exercise studio--no exceptions! You may store it in the lockers with the rest of your belongings.
We ask that all clients be at least 16 years old and those under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign our liability waiver.
